Mr. W.M. Chaminda Weerasinghe assumed duties as the Additional District Secretary (Administration) of the Badulla District Secretariat today (01). He previously held the post of Hali Ela Divisional Secretary and joined the Sri Lanka Administrative Service in 2009. Mr. Weerasinghe served as the Assistant Divisional Secretary of Welimada, Assistant District Secretary of Badulla and Divisional Secretary of Welimada as an efficient officer.
